The illustrative demo does not capture your screen or access your AI conversations. The early-access form stores your email, optional use case, consent time, and bounded campaign attribution in Supabase. Resend processes your address to send a signup confirmation. We use these records for beta invitations and product updates you consent to.

When optional analytics is enabled, you can allow or decline it using Analytics preferences. With permission, PostHog measures page visits, broad referral sources, registered campaign IDs, demo interactions, early-access clicks, FAQ openings, and generic signup request outcomes. Form contents, email addresses, and arbitrary URL parameters are not sent to analytics. PostHog receives normal connection information. Events use a random ID held only for the current page visit, without an account identity or a persistent tracking identifier. You can withdraw permission through Analytics preferences. Your choice is stored in this browser. Blocking analytics does not prevent signup.

No advertising trackers or session replay are enabled. Hosting infrastructure processes standard connection information. A salted network-address hash is used briefly for abuse prevention; raw addresses are not stored in the signup table. Unsubscribe links are included in confirmation emails. No payments are processed here.

We remove inactive early-access signup records in our daily cleanup after 12 months from signup. For unsubscribed addresses, we remove optional signup details after that period and retain the address and consent/unsubscribe metadata to honor the opt-out. Provider records and backups follow their own retention schedules.

For privacy, deletion requests, or account questions, contact admin@zypa.ai. To request deletion, email us from the signup address so we can verify the request. Unsubscribing stops beta and product updates; it does not by itself delete your signup record.
